Airport was built only in 2008 , orr in 2008 and pvnr flyover only in 2009 .

That is real construction , not proposal .

Hyderabad development has Baboru role too. ISB was brought to Hyderabad by Baboru. Airport , ORR were already planned during the initial Baboru tenure. You should give the man credit he deserves.

Then you don't know how government works. Without having proposals approved, land acquisition, and tenders nothing moves forward. YSR carried out the infrastructure development that's planned by Baboru government.

Lol . Alignment itself changed after government changed for orr . Airport concession agreement was made in 2004 december for no other airport for 150 km for certain years .

CBN role in Airport development is nominal, he was there at the right time. For the first time, two greenfield airports were planned by the central government in PPP MODE, until then all the airports were built, managed and owned by AAI. Both the airports were finalized at the same time. Instead of paying for the land acquisition, Union civil aviation ministry wanted to offer stake to the state government. This is where CBN entered into the scene and as usual publicized that it was his pet project.

It was an experiment, which is now planned all over the India. Almost all the new airports and existing airport redevelopments are now on PPP mode.

Hyd development was possible because of defence and machinary industrious established in 1960s . It is not that city grew randomly in IT sector .

You can say the same for YSR , KCR and others as well. Being at the right place at the right time.

Of course, the same holds good for others. But take the example of Arogyasree, it was an idea conceived and implemented by YSR and entire credit goes to his team. 4000 MW project at Damaracherla, started from scratch by KCR and it may take couple more years for the project to completely built and even though Revanth Resdy may still be the CM, Credit should go to KCR.

Alignment changes were for the sake of realtors. It's doesn't change a damn thing.

Nah, Defence and Machinery instructions neither had the scale nor the pay to accommodate thousands of people at once that propelled the consumption market which made the Hyderabad to be the city that it is now.

Airport , orr construction started in 2005/6 . Hyderabad was an industrial hub by 1990 s , it is not like it grew out of the blue . Industries like BHEL , ECIL , HAL , BDL continue to employ thousands today and made infrastructure growth possible . These are not small scale units .

Ever wondered why vizag / vijaywada couldn't grow IT
