EVM Tampering

It is becoming common practice in India to blame EVM tampering when political party they support don't win elections.

As far as know this is the process for EVM validation.

1. At constituency level after the ballot list prepared, EVM machine is validated by state Government employees (around 200 employees, mostly Panchayat Raj/Revenue) that number of votes casted matching with VVPAT and total count). Then clear the count and lock it

2. At each booth level, Before election start, in the presence of all party agents same test is repeated on each machine by votes casted by agents.

Can someone help me understand

- At what step tampering is possible?

- In Almost all elections, exit poll surveys able to predict result. Do they also take amount EVM of tampering into consideration?

- VVPATs create a paper trail of votes. How those can be tampered?

I understand that sentiment bro.

My question is when so many checks and balances in place how is it possible? Specially, when it is mostly state government employees and that to in large numbers involved in validating EVMs and conducting elections

And how exit poll results are mostly accurate

I am just playing the devli's advocate... konni swing states and constituencies untayi... avi matrame tampering chestaru and others cheyaru so that godava avvakunda untundi antunnaru...

First of all, exit polls can be manipulated, other wise all exit polls should have same result.

If common people like us can understand how tampering is done(if at all its possible), then its a major flaw from ec.

If tampering is true, whatever exercise govt employees and party agents do is same like magician preparing the audience that everything os authentic before the actual magic trick...

tampering or not... rigging will always be there irrespective of the party.

Majority of exit polls lean towards same result but with different numbers. For example, in recent TG elections wave is for Congress but some numbers here and there. I understand how opinion polls manipulation can help political parties. That's why opinion polls are banned. Right? How exit poll manipulation helps? 

My question is what kind of magic can change a physical printed paper in thousands of distributed boxes?

In those states EVMs controlled remotely or do they buy all polling agents? What happens to VVPATs?
