open lands inside of ORR

there is a huge bank of open lands with in ORR , which I think will suffice for another 25% growth of hyd population. I dont get the rationale behind going out side of ORR and investing for 20 hear horizon.

if you see SF, LA, NY... main city lo no more open lands , anduke they are expanding , but why hyderabad?

We do have enough land bank and can quickly convert to top grade real estate with in ORR but here is the case  if you are in requirement of 10 plus acres in single bit with direct access to at least 40 feet road, You wouldn’t find one and even if you do, you will engage in negotiations with multiple owners for months. And price quoted will not encourage any business to survive. ORR was built to help manage growth for 30 years and we are half way through it already.

Its time to invest and promote RRR as the next big thing to happen so that satellite towns will cater to almost 40% of Telangana’s population.
