Layoff still going on

chee.. nee yavva... inka layoff's avuthunnai.. in last 4 weeks.. two full timers were laid off.. One more Lay off news today

reason - to increase Operational efficiency. 

Both of them are Americans and both of them have vast system knowledge.. Working on this system for almost 16 years. They have family and each 3 young kids.. I feel very sad for them. 

Tokkalo company va.. (one of the banking company)... This bank acquired our company in 206 and since then we lost almost half of the full timers in the team.. completely disrupted our small company after they bought us.

Its ok bayata market is not bad now. Inka layoffs over almost
