Town home 460k  now worth 600k. I doubt it. Brought in 2018. Philadelphia. Nice school district.

advantages - 2 hr drive to ny city , 1 hr to Philly and 3 hrs to dc

lot of job opportunities

I just pay tax no mortgage by gods grace, paid mortgage during Covid 2-3 jobs anna so tax is jujube now for me
