Then why are you comparing last 10 years karuvu with this year karuvu? 
 

either say : last 10 years 24/7 water and electricity vundi ippudu ledu 

or 

say: last 10 years climate was good and rains were good and this year no rain and hot summer 

why mix things? Your wording is like kcr gave rains and in 2 months revanth stopped rains

Monsoon from last 2 years has been very light in South India, and added on top of it the encroachment in catchment areas for Hyderabad.

TRS unnapudu it was LaNina year, where WestCoast of USA is parched and SouthIndia usually sees good monsoon.... its the oceanic oscillation impact..

last 2 year nunchi it is ElNino, where US-West is getting good amount of rain and snow, ...southindia is parched...

karuvu season is coming...

Banglore last year vella....it looked like Spring more than Rainy season..

Hyderabad lo inka ekkuva heat and worst untadi due to being in plateau...

Within 2 months rain stopped and water evaporated? If kcr won again water wouldn’t evaporate?
