Fired a developer today

We had to fire a developer (African American) today. Same case ..someone else took interview and he joined and has no clue on what he is doing when he talks on calls and assigned a task to finish but cant explain unless his ***** is ready to provide help.

These all people are based out of Dubai they live in Dubai work for take the videos and send it back to North Korean government
