3.5 cr ==432k . Ekkada reits lo pettina you get 2k dividends easily plus your stock grows and cash available untundi .

I think rent point of view lo LB nagar Kanna, Gachibowli side konchemu better return vasthundi anukunta. Around 30k rent per 1cr investment (Gated Community apartments).

Gated communities aithe owner ki headache takkuva. Edina repairs vachina workers handy ga vuntaru. Independent house aithe appudapudu chusukovalsi ravochu. 

Land price entha vundi akkada 80k/sq yard? Mee family aa area lo vunte not bad. Water availability ok na? Konni colonies lo summer tankers compulsory anukunta..

3.5 cr for 260 Sq yards is high for LB Nagar. Price should be around 2-2.5 Cr. 1 lakh rent ante .. is it commercial plot? Or semi with commercial and residential?

Each property 350k-400k ( townhome)  so 80k down 

 

80× 5 properties == 400k . Total 1.7million worth properties .they will easily appreciate to 3-4 mill in next 5 years here . Appudu dollar rate ki compare chesko will be way more than whats in india

Semi commercial and residential.

there is also another property we saw in miyapur area, interestingly akkada kuda 4 cr semi commercial property with 1.2 lakh rents.

Both are good places for investment esp Semi-commercial. I think price is reasonable. Rental Income is decent. Even though yield might be low, capital will appreciate. Good luck.

I don't think you get mortgage for 20% down for an investment property. You have to put down 40%. I was responding to the comparison with an REIT. 

Of course, if US home prices keep appreciating, its a good investment here too.

That’s the best you can get in Hyd! Rent vs investment doesn’t compensate in Hyd! US la kooda alaaney vundi price might increase in us
