ok...

i will try to explain what i understand...

1. in future earth becomes the infertile for crops due to blight and dust storms...and govts encourages farmers than scientists...

2. cooper is a single father (ex pilot) with a daughter named Murph and a son Tom

3. Daughter murphy used to notice some strange patterns in her room like objects falling down..etc she named it as "ghost"

4. one day there was sand storm and the sand formed in a pattern in her room..

5. both cooper and murph decodes it and found out it is coordinates...so they went to that coordinates..

6. they found out those coordinates are secret NASA base..

7. In NASA they met professor Brand who explains cooper that earth is not going to be fertile anymore so they decided to find inhabitable planets.

8. cooper asks them how can they travel that far in space...and brand answers him...there is wormhole created by "THEY"...which allows to travel in shortcut...and mentions he sent few astronauts already to few planets and got positive signal from 3 planets...and also mentions he has PLAN A (relocation of entire human population) and PLAN B (building colony)

9. prof brand asks cooper to lead the team and visit those planets..cooper hesitant at first but agrees later...

10. murph didnt like that idea..but cooper left...

11. in space...first they went to one planet (Dr miller planet) but that is close to a black hole (garguntua) so the gravitiy will be more...spending one hour on that planet is equal to 7 years on earth..still they went to that planet and find out massive water waves because of gravity and its not suitable for living..in addition they lost one member

12. when they return back to space ship...21 years passed...cooper kids become adults and most of the human life is passed...

13. next they went to Manns planet...there they found out Dr Mann falisify the data for the sake of his rescue...and attempts to kill cooper and escapes and hijack the space ship..

14. in that struggle cooper lost another his team member..and cooper & brand  chases Dr mann in another ship...

15. Dr mann tries to dock his vehicle  with space ship but his failures leads to small damage and eventually space ship start rotates....

17. meanwhile murph become scientist and starts working with Mr Brand on earth..

18. because of the blast space ship enters into the gragantua gravity zone..and pulled into it...so cooper sends the Ms Brand to edmunds planet and he fell into the gargantua (black hole) with his robo...

19. once he fell into the gargantua...he ended up in 5D tesseract... (to understand this 5D concept..i draw this...as per my understanding)

IeMiI1J.jpeg

20. in the teseract he can see the murph bedroom and he can travel across the time...

21. Murph also learns cooper is the ghost...both were able to communicate using moors code or some other patterns ..cooper sends the black hole related quantam data to Murph in that mode of communication...which is essential for building the inhabitable space stations and execute the plan A...

22. cooper later found unconcious in space where the wormhole was created...

23. finally  cooper met murph (aged)

24. cooper left to find out ms brand on edmunds planet...

** ee post lo grammer ni murder chesa...sorry...

kudos for your efforts bro, thank you

The main reason scientists are looking for a way off Earth — the reason Professor Brand (Michael Caine) has been pushing Plan A for so long — is that the atmosphere won't be able to support humans for much longer. Specifically, it's stated that nitrogen is staying in the atmosphere and dropping oxygen levels, making it difficult to sustain life on the planet. This is down to something referred to as The Blight, a plague that is playing havoc with our food and threatening our species. Could this actually happen? "It is extremely unlikely that a single disease could wipe out the whole of humanity," Physics Today said of the film.

i doubt about this...

already 80% atmosphere is filled with nitrogen...even if we breathe also some portion of nitrogen we are breathing...

why rain water is good for plants growth than regular ground water is ...rain water contains the high nitrogen (coming from atmosphere) which helps the soil...and natural nitrogen cycle...

but in the modern agricultural to gain high yeilds people are overusing the nitrogen based fertilizers other chemical products...etc which could disrupt the nitrogen cycle could leads to one day that situation which we saw in the movie...

I can debate with you on this subject.

1] How can a nitrogen (gas) combine with water (liquid)? It does not make any sense. It has to be in the form of nitrates.

2] Blastomycosis (Blight) is fatal only in rare cases. It is not life-threatening. Have they discussed anything about how it affects livestock? Many acquatic animals such as fish are not even affected by blight. How about indoor farming for plants?

3] Nothing escapes black holes. Not even light. It's made of singularity. It is most likely rips things apart. The odds of survival are zero. Even for super heros such as cooper...

4] As the movie depicted, your life span does not increase just because the unit of time measurement is different in other planets. There is a thing called biological age.

5] Also, the new habitat they mentioned orbiting Saturn is impossible in theory. The planet saturn is extremely hot with molten gases. Solids such as soil cannot exist in its vicinity.

6] If the present, humans are fighting for their survival. How did future humans managed to place wormholes in space??? assuming time is non-linear, somebody already survived this blight still.

I can go on more and more..... The movie is a mere sci-fi.... It's a great movie from a creative standpoint. But it has many scientific loose ends.

bro...there is concept "Nitrogen Cycle"...i bet you will find it interesting... (i posted few threads on this topic...previously)

in the movie...director showed sand storms not thunder storm or rain...

nitrogen-cycle.jpg

  1. Nitrogen Fixation: First up, even though there's a ton of nitrogen in the air (like, 78% of it), plants can't use it in its gas form. It's like having a locked treasure chest full of gold. So, some cool bacteria in the soil and water, and lightning in the sky, act like the key to open the chest. They change the nitrogen gas into a form that plants can use (like turning it into nitrates and ammonia). Imagine converting useless game currency into the premium stuff you actually need to level up.

  2. Nitrification: Next, there are other types of bacteria that take the ammonia (which is kind of like a basic currency) and change it into nitrates, which is the premium currency for plants.

  3. Assimilation: This is where plants get in on the action. They take up the nitrates and ammonia from the soil through their roots, kinda like soaking up a smoothie through a straw. These nutrients are like the health boost that plants need to grow strong and produce the stuff (like leaves and fruits) that animals, including us, eat to get our own nitrogen fix.

  4. Ammonification: After plants and animals use up the nitrogen, what happens when they die or, you know, when animals do their business (yep, poop)? Decomposers, like fungi and other bacteria, break down the remains and waste, turning the nitrogen back into ammonia. It's like cashing in your game points back to the basic currency.

  5. Denitrification: Lastly, there's yet another group of bacteria that takes this ammonia (and the stuff plants can use) and changes it back into nitrogen gas, which goes back into the air. It's like releasing the gold back into the chest and locking it up for the next round.

blight is generally a plant decease which effects branches and leaves and floral organs.. but there is no direct effect on livestock or humans...

blight can be caused by various virus and fungies...once the above "nitrogen cycle" got broken...there is chance like some inbalance in bacteria and fungi chain...which could leads to these blights...

and also..plants to be reproductive...bees and garden friendly insects are very important...but during the modern agriculture with the heavy usage of pesticides...its killing all friendly insects tooo....so where will be the plants reproduction... (i can give more details if you are interested..)

some plants can take high level of nitrogen..some plants cant take... its all part of evolution...

so corn is one of that tough plant...

yup...most of these are fiction....i too agree...
