1. immediately see a fertility doctor. The fertility doctor will do work up and it will take 3-6 months before ivf is started.

2. meanwhile ask him to use via agra ... 40 mg is sufficient. It is widely available on internet. 30 pills cost $50. so ask him to take it on the day when he need help.

Diet plays an important role bro , ask him to loose weight and eat greens and healthy food.

I have seen one of my office colleague who went through the same situation and he changed the diet, ate healthy food and lost weight . After that his wife became pregnant

Follow good diet like protein, regular exercise and most importantly stress free sleep like we use to sleep when we are in teen age.,
