Cummings GA vs Duluth GA in Atlanta

Which one is better for family with no kids yet?

Duluth lo price ki cummings lo half land vastundhi. Is it worth it? Duluth lo 700-800 ki 0.25 acre vastundi.  

recently visited some communities in cummings.

1) Avignon community by aston woods. Community is cringe with crowded lots. 700+ ki 0.1 acre with schools being 6,5,6 ratings

2) toll bros in Sterling pointe is 1.5million+. 

Can atlanta experts explain whats so special about cummings? They say south forsyth has best schools but barely I could find a community which has got all 9's or 10's

Buy in Dawsonville anna.. Its going to be next BIG thing in Atlanta.

Duluth all gujju and North Indian families all are 20-30 years settled families

cunming is new hub for South Indian Telugu families 

Dawsonville is 50 miles from Atlanta airport. People with single job but wanted a house because of wife pressure or peer pressure buying for 600k.

Duluth, Johns creek, Suwanee explore cheyyi…cumming is over rated

Suwanee is much more developed and great schools and very affordable 

then why is Suwanee affordable? Bcoz mana Telugu and desis egabadaledu and prices inflate cheyyaledu akkada inka
