Duluth lo 700-800 ki 0.25 acre vastundi. recently visited some communities in cummings. 1) Avignon community by aston woods. Community is cringe with crowded lots. 700+ ki 0.1 acre with schools being 6,5,6 ratings 2) toll bros in Sterling pointe is 1.5million+. Can atlanta experts explain whats so special about cummings?
