In 2021 ..you can see the property value as 80k in 2021.. that means.. he added rooms and other heavy upgrades.. it went up 9 times in 2022.

I meant the same.. it could be deserted or abandoned place or an empty land without the building.. later full-fledged construction ayi vundhochu... i didn't digged into the full story of that construction

 

If it an old ranch or small single room house (very old) ..I estimated based on taxable amount before it transformed into a beautiful house

ivani kakunda house midha petindhi inko 20k anukuna 150 k rough ga.. 650+150 = 800 k...sold it for 875k...labham 75k not including any improvements he did ant home after construction...
