Going forward , Seller and Buyer need to pay the agent commission separately. The fees cannot be included in the selling home price. This is not a terrible thing since this will lower the price of home. Our desi guys were getting around 1.5 - 2% back from (desi) agents. Now we just pay them like 1% instead.
