Urgent help!Which is the Cost-effective indian city for setupOf TechSupportComp

naa friend oka tech support india lo office pettalani anukuntunnaaru. They have headquarters in Singapore, but due to high cost of labor and living, they now want to hire people in india and also set up one more office here for tech support. They have no basic idea.
So, wanted to  get from you people...
which city in india anedi inka decide cheyaledu, is in discussions. evarayina suggest chestaara, ante in terms of cost, risk and people  to hire. Also, reasons cheppandi so that they can easily decide based on the reasons. They are also looking for good vendors in india to hire techy people. If you know this also, it is advantageous.
Pls post whatever you can guide in this.

inka andulo doubt lekunda chennai ye..ippudunna situation lo hyd pedda advantageous ga em ledu so inka cost effective ga undedi chennai ye.

annai....neeku  hyderabad  ki minchi manchi place dorakadu....hyderabad ki gachibowli atu vipu vellu annai...best infrastructure n jobs wise kooda..hyd ppl r talented n affordable...

Considering the cities, Hyderabad would be the best place.

01. Meeru cheppina cities lo kanna hyd cost of living is less.
02. Technical courses gaani, vere courses chesi ready ga unna vaallu kooda Hyd lone ekkuva as course cost is less.
03. City is spreading more now, so you will have options to operate from lesser cost places around the city.
