Wifey want 4000+ sqft home.. 1) Travissio Last few lots left in the new section, Homes min $1.2M with basic upgrades of $100K (wood flooring 50K annadu toll vadu). negative : Andaru basis ke pamputunnaru aa community lo .. ee year 2024-25 lottery done and malla next year ke . So school ela ani ? 2) tollbrothers hidden creek. ee community chusa . 70ft lots konni vunnayi .. max sqtf 3950 in those lots .. plus 20ft backyard. negative : Same school scenario.. worst schools area and folks are relying on Basis leander school (2025 or 26 opening) 3) Bluff view ee community lo 5K sqft homes vunnayi .. Public schools bane vunnayi.. no high ceiling in any model. 4) Bryson community 1/2 acre lots and nice 5K homes available. again school to rely on charter school. 5) Santa rita ranch Toll brothers homes are really nice and priced very well... excellent community and Nice elementary school. negative : Too far from everything .
