1/2 acre lots and nice 5K homes available.   again school to rely on charter school. 

5) Santa rita ranch

Toll brothers homes are really nice and priced very well... excellent community and Nice elementary school. 

negative :  Too far from everything . 

 

Suggestions please and help 

Downtown commute and decent schools and good budget kabatti.. your only options are 

1. BeeCave area Lake Travis ISD

2. Dripping Springs DSISD #2 in Austin burbs after Ianes ISD

both are good school districts

Travisso for the year 2024-25 is being rezoned kada ? High school is changing to Cedar park high school. So schools should be fine.

Also, try for parkside on the river - Highland homes builder. Good schools and good floor plans.
