subway, chipotle ,taco bell lare some better fast food options when outisde.. select more veggies

Do overnight oats by soaking in milk and add maple syrup, fruits and banana while eating. Filling and easy to prep. Hard to eat everyday. But good for health.

Get ceaser salad from costco. You can eat it for lunch for a week. It comes with meat, salad, and dressing. All bells and whistles. 

Outside Options:-

Subway 6inch sandwich, replace cheese with avacado. 

Chipotle Burrito Bowl with Avacado. 

At Home:-

Make a Chapathi. Make egg burji or sautee chicken. Make a wrap. Add avacado, raw onions to it. 

Quinoa and yogurt. 

Quinoa salad (You tube it)

Add more protien to your diet. It will reduce cravings. Maybe greek yogurt. Or add more fish to  diet.
