andhra_jp Posted April 4, 2024 Report Posted April 4, 2024 anything in moderation baa... cut down carbs but never totally avoid it then nirasam vastundi and it would lead to another issue.. sugars vishyam looo cut down on processed sugar and prefer natural sugar available in fruits be it mango , sapota etc.. nenu vegetarian and eating normal rice in afternoon with dal , curry ... evening emo chapatis with steamed curry and dal again.. morning oats with milk and fruits.. 1 Quote
