Lenders suggestion who cover closing costs

Builder lender only offers 5k. Willing to do good down payment

Can anyone suggest a good lender who offers any incentives? 

friend has lender that covers closing cost if  score more than 800.

no lender gives free money....

if some lender is covering  closing costs means they will cover that gap with bit higher interest rate..

 

just negotiate with builder itself
