initially used to like this weather. since covid feeling low with this cloudy weather.  Summers in seattle are best, but short summers usually. staying here from 12 years. Love the scenary here. can't beat it.

Elementary and middle school are good. High school in fine. Location is closer to airport and midtown compared to Cummings.

Maybe more like 2200 or so in decent areas. Most desis are renting houses lately.

Bro Anywhere along Exit 10, Exit 11 and Exit 12 you will find good apartments to rent. Long term home buying ki Cumming is reasonable. Alpharetta and Johns Creek are very expensive.. Duluth there are some good pockets. If you have WFH job with only 1 or 2 days commute then you can consider Dawsonville..
