Moving to Atlanta: Apartments/townhome communities for rent with desi near alpharetta/johnscreek/duluth

Guys, We are moving to Atlanta. Any suggestions for rentals? chala rojula tharvata moving from seattle and it will be tough for our family with kids and want to make friends. so checking here. If anyone in the group lives there, I can do personal DM to talk with them.

Alpharetta and johnscreek are expensive. I would suggest johnscreek over alpharetta.

Duluth should be cheaper to rent compared to both

How about schools? looking for elementary schools. any apartments near good schools in Duluth

not planning to buy inka. memu akkada 1 year undi plan chestam depending on our experience and friends etc. hopefully interest rates better aithe manchidi appatiki.

Yes...inkekkadi Alpharetta, Johnscreek!! Avanni eppudu desi batch packed!!

Midtown apartments try chesukondi...rent a bit expensive but better than Seattle!!

not comparing anything to seattle. good where community is good for us. desi batch aithe inka manchidi.   I heard alpharetta/johnscreek/cumming areas are safe no.  but let me know things to consider etc.  cost of living, weather has to be better than seattle for sure.
