Of course the implementation was not good. Hope they learnt from it.

 ---- IT became a big opportunity for ppl in right places converting black money.

But a lot of good came out of it too. Digitalization. Every vendor, corner people are using digital money.

 ---- Now this gave opportunity for Hackers to find new ways to cheat people. 

Its a cycle. What one sees as a problem, others see as opportunity.
