Handling conflict

Why are Desis so bad at handling conflict? Should we fault our education system for not having debates in our curriculum in Schools/colleges?

I also run from studies. Edo last 4-5 yrs lo "next day exam" anna dreams stopped. nuvve ilanti dikkumalina ideas istunnav

parenting

surrounding children 

chasing pure academic outcomes

quality of teachers is substandard 

parents behavior 

psychological instincts

Will they ever change with experiences in life? I see this a lot with sorted people too. They are very good at most phases in life, but when it comes to handling conflict, they fold and the first instinct is to abuse.

conflict lafda laskor lanti panchaayithee la ki dhuuram aipoya uncle nenu .. ah laddu lo gola kanna. . multiple jobs cheskuni .. trips ki pothe best .. ipudu unna IT ye pedda bogus ..

Kidding aside, these panchayati are useless, focusing on other things better.
