They are very good at most phases in life, but when it comes to handling conflict, they fold and the first instinct is to abuse. for us guys in most of the cases emotions eclipse brain power and we tend to react more than analyze

Respect others opinions. Agree to disagree approach. Put your points with out bad body language. Don't get impatient, or shout. Have a healthy debate, you cant impose your views on others nor can others on you. There is no right or wrong. Only perspectives. I am correct, you are wrong attitude is the culprit most times.

Intlo godavalu db lo ki thechhi discuss cheyyaku Why do you think so? I have no issues with wife or inlaws. What made you think so. Most of my topics are general. Not politically motivated. 8 minutes ago, Thokkalee said: He is becoming like @FrustratedVuncle.. wife or In laws tho godava vachinapudu db ki vachhi venting sestaadu Did not expect this from you. 31 minutes ago, Vaaaampire said: Motham subject cheppakunda endi vayya ee post lu Its a general topic. This is what I see when I see posts in this DB. No arguments, just name calling, abuses, etc. Even at office, too many conflicts between desis. Fight like pigs for silly issues, push their problems on others, bad body language (ugipovatam) when others oppose to their views, etc.

We are probably more emotional and tend to take things to heart than others. Good one.
