Parents are in early 60s. with god's grace both are perfectly healthy. When is the best time to move back to India to support them? Kids are young and not even in elementary school.

Forget about high school.. I have seen few kids in their 4th grade and 5th grade... don't want to stay in India. 

Elementary stage lone ila vunte.. Middle school is ki inkaa kastam..

agree... Its best to move imm after elem.

But the middle school is also good in usa to some extent.. teaches independence to kids... same is good and bad in some way.

GC chala late ga apply chesaru.. around 2021 priority date..... Visiting visa mida parents vastunnaru but chala struggle chesinattu anipistundi.. each year they seem different and getting old.
