Yes, mostly Republicans will win. 

Republicans and Trump are always PRO - Super Rich & Corporations. There wont be any tax cuts on them. 

Irrespective of Political party, rate cuts will come. Too much of liquidity and cash flow concerns and businesses cant borrow at decent rates for economy to flourish. On the flip side, Inflation will rise.
