Jagan's lagging a bit in physical infrastructure that includes roads, Municipal administration that are not up to mar atleast from my visits to Kakinada, and Bhimavaram. I don’t want to speaker for other areas but Roads are really good in my area. Lot of construction going on while some are already completed. But they don’t know how to market these things. 
 

He needs to focus on building infrastructure to attract more companies as well. Especially given the amount of engineers graduate, we should have every major software company established in AP. He has good relation with Ambani and Adani. I know they are setting up the largest data center but these connections to be put to use.

May be priorities. But in general East and West roads are far worse. National highways are awesome though but that credit goes to Gadkari. Rajahmundry bridge and entire road going upto Kakinada is worst. I was driving endeavour and I felt horrible in it. Imagine driving a small car. Rajahmundry, Kakinada and Bhimavaram are not you avg. Two tier towns.  Even Eluru is horrible, I heard. Don't know if it's local contractors or the government's lack of funds.

Contractors are hesitant to do works because of funds not being released by Govt. Irrespective of party affiliation, they got screwed up. 
 

I’d assume roads were neglected by all governments until now. Obviously Yellow Media highlighted this and Jagan took the blame for it. Let’s hope he focuses more on infrastructure, no excuse for Tier 2 cities not having good connectivity.
