Registrations have been stopped in that area since the last 5 years.. So even if you wanted to buy you can only write an agreement but the land will not be registered on your name..

But yes if TDP comes to power, overnight the land values will bounce back to 4 to 5 crores.. 

If Jagga comes to power those lands will have to wait another 5 years or more to see the light of day..

That is not true, we recently registered in that area. The registration are stopped for lands that are under temples previously or donated or have some issue.
