bro, scrum masters is now outdated role, banking, fintech, insurance, healthcare veetilo inka ee roles unnayi, will slowly go out of fashion

in big tech companies, its pgm or program manager, they handle much more than scrum masters and actually get involved in tech discussions or drive discussions if product is not around

seen some really good folks who add value but ee pgm role kooda on the line in big tech, seen news about FAANG companies increasingly firing pgms , really hard now a days to have a safe job if you are in non tech role
