good communities with decent schools unte cheppandi, friend ki friend looking

anyone living in one of these communities?

• Rosenbusch ranch (dr hortan vadu, nt sure abt quality)
• Edgewood (prices penchinattu unnadu, build seems to meh but seen a few folks who booked it)
• Santa rita ranch (looks to be too far from everything)
• Parkside on the river (middle of nowhere)
• Blackhawk ( location seems to be ok but seems to be on the pricier end since its almost done)
