ya he did, I still say it's 50:50. There are around 30 toss-up seats, YCP needs to win 20 toss-up seats to come to power, where as tdp can form govt even if they win 10 toss-up seats. That Poll tracker guy will give around 70 seats to YCP and and around 80 seats to TDP with the rest as Toss-up's.
