After a very long observation, I came to the conclusion that the main leaders like Jagga or CBN or Modi are never interested in making huge amounts of money.

They really worry about their survival chances.

In case of TDP, the blood & breed Pulkas will overtake the Govt Offices including the back-office at Secretariat and rule the roost. This is whats happening since 1983.
