Last election lo Jagan vote vote percentage 49.8%. Representative population lo Christian converts (including Mala +Madigas +relli and other SC castes), Reddies and even Congress the population wouldn't be close to it. 

There is a fair amount of BC and Kapus Vote, this time too that will swing it in favour of Jagan.  This is where Baboru and Kootami will loose the game just like the last time.

What about it ?  Do you think Baboru promises will make Andhra Singapore then? The debt incurred by Jagan was less than the debt incurred during Baboru, though both ran deficits. Atleast during Jagan's time, his schemes kept money in circulation rather than them being stashed with few contractors. 

There are improvements in primary healthcare and education in government sector after a long time, probably for the first time after the erstwhile Andhra adopted neo-liberal policies.
