Its a fact that US assimilates immigrants in 1-2 generations because ppl have to work. In UK/Scandinavia/Germany[turkish immigrants especially] they have documented facts of 2 generations down the line also ppl are not working and dependent on govt benefits and staying within the same community and forming enclaves. No, you didn't get what I'm trying to tell you. Different countries as you see them today are predominantly ethno national states. US too when it's formed is one such country. The founding stock were Puritans and Presbyterians from British Isles with Western Europeans added to the mix. Then different waves of the sundry Europeans that came to US worked together and interbred to form the "White" identity. As US today serves as the successor of erstwhile British empire, immigrants keep coming to US just like they did in the Britain. However, the level of acceptance is still rooted in the ethnic religious identity. The level of tolerance is higher in US because it's the US media and military that kick started the process of globalization at the behest of corporate conglomerates post WWII, and as a result Americans are used to seeing others for a longer period time. The melting pot culture established and reinforced a systemic way of assimilation where in you adapt the language, culture and overlapping aspects of religion to blend in, but the level of acceptance is dependent on your ethnic stock as well. If you're from Europe you blend in well and readily but not so much if you're brown, black ,or oriental. If you're from British stock or northern European stock your desirability is even high. In the example of this Insta reel, say if a bunch of White men and Women from say France or Ireland were partying the vibe of comments would be entirely different.
