Do you understand what are you talking ? Citizens are asking a constitutional body to disclose information which it has to do. And approched court when a constitutional body failed to do its job. Congress party aeithe vallaku right undadha ? Data furnish cheyakunda free and fair elections ani EC ante navvu vasthundhi. As a constitutional body its job is to clear doubts of people not challenge. If EC ke antha confidence ae vunte why not disclosing now ? They are not disclosing data because if the data given now and number of votes after counting did not match for any reason including human reporting error, EC will be in soup. They are just asking to publish form 17c which contains number of votes polled in each booth. So during counting political parties can verify count in 17c vs count in EVM. Rigging, tampering pakkana pedthe looks EC doesnt have confidence in numbers on form 17c, even a slight difference will cause legal issues.
