Dude, you can complain about work or people not being professional... but time to meetings ki raakapothey, people don't value. In some companies like amazon, the person inviting you for a meeting will provide a detailed and elaborate document before the call and expect everyone to read it before the meetings. 

If you cannot attend the meetings on time, you passively indicate that you are not valuing others' time. Just imagine, if you are bitching so much how might people think abt you for not being in the meeting on time

Almost it’s happening in all the companies.. there is no more flexible work culture, companies are expecting to be in front of laptop 8 to 5. So e time lo just go with the flow. Think positive and relax..
