why will a PM call a businessman and tell him that he will come for the opening of a company and give him a date 😁? And ask him to talk to the CM? If PM is coming, automatically CM will also come..

varaprasad reddy is a well known Jaffa and ysr fan. He funded ysr’s padayatra and helped him a lot. Immediately after coming to power, he was given Padma bhushan for his services to the Congress govt. May be that’s why CBN didn’t entertain him..

The main guy behind Shanta biotech (Some Muslim guy, who was the real brain behind the company and had an equal partnership in the company) was pushed out and forced to sell his stake..  he should have got the award..

reddy is a businessman with no experience in the biotech sector.. he is an electronics engineer and an mba graduate.. he is just a promoter and the face of the company..

Initiatives will always be there.. some CM’s focus on some sectors and get few things done.. CBN focused on IT.. Ysr focused on agriculture and irrigation.. it is not fair to compare and criticize for something they didn’t do.. development will continue to happen if the govt provides the support irrespective of which party is in power.. some go above and beyond and some will just let the system do its things..

until 90’s, the poverty was very high and the economy was not open to the outside world.. govt income and budget was very low and every govt’s agenda is to make sure that ppl get to eat.. ration shops were very popular in those days bcoz it was not affordable for many to even buy rice.. we used to stand in line at a ration shop for couple of hours to get kerosene and sometimes wheat too.. white card ki aithe rice ichhevallu..

CBN’s term coincided with PV’s economic reforms and opening of the economy to outside world.. ysr continued that.. if you compare the state revenue from early 90’s to late 90’s and 2000’s, will see the difference..

Cbn did great job with IT. I never denied that. My only point was “previous congi govt were going in same lines”.

hyd ni world map lo neney petta bongu boshanam aney athiki vyathirekham nenu.

pv was true visionary.  Even bjp agrees that.

what you said about 90’s is true with most middle class & lower class people all across india. Things have improved organically. Its collective effort of million different things

Agree.. the problem with our politicians is that they want credit and also legacy.. they want something on their name.. it all starts with that opening ceremony (silaa phalakam) and also have something on their name…

Even Jagan says that he wants people to put his picture in very home.. 😁

I see one major development is the starting of new engineering colleges in the 90’s.. na cousins andaru Tamil Nadu or Karnataka lo chadivaaru engineering and mca by paying huge amounts for fees.. very very few in our gen in late 90’s and 2000’s had to go out of state to study engineering.. more people went abroad for studies.. a big pool of engineers came out in the 90’s and 2000’s.. many ppl were lifted out of poverty as kids studied engineering and got good paying jobs… now it is a flood though..

Politicians want bhajana.. people around them start singing praises and soon they also believe that they did great things and they soon start talking about their success stories.. it happens more so late in their careers where they claim legacy..

I think the story he is telling may be fake.. even if that is true, why will a CM and PM come to open a company valued at 20 crores.. and why will a PM call a business man and offer him that he will come for his company opening.. doesn’t he have no other work? also he is a Congress supporter and why will CBN encourage him? It is pure politics..

there are a lot of pharma companies opened in the 90’s and 2000’s in Hyderabad.. my friend’s father (Engg roommate) started a pharma company around that time and now it is valued at a thousand crores..
