anna nuvvu chepina logic ki logic ledu... already residential and commercial demand unte avi 5 lakhs to 1 cr ki vache chances levu.... chala areas lo especially krishna and guntur lo farm lands kuda chala rates cheptunnaru per acre.. atleast 1 cr
