Greedy anna.. because 100k price difference undi.. 

As a buyer, If i weigh in saving 100k vs paying 100k more 300 sft.. 

with the current interest rates.. majority people would choose to save 100k.. 

If you also notice other listing in 500k range are sitting in market for more than a month and price reductions kuda chesaru.. 

hence our kitty party desi is a greedy seller anna.
