Crazy high Inventory levels will hit the market ..

Sellers would have two options if the property cant be rented or sits in market for long time.

- Price reduction

- Fore closure

last minute lo edho loan problem aeindi ani back out ayadu and after that home is still on market anta..

looks like real estate agents kuda trying to make up offers during the first 2 weeks of listing..

2 - 3 weeks ayyaka.. price reduction chesaru anta..

they signed for 800k last year thinking the price will go to 1 million and make 200k profit but reality lo house evadu konadam ledu anta. manchi out of state @csrcsr lanti ismart buyers unte chepu anna.
