Exit 13/14 eppudo done..people buying near matt, coal.mountaim, ball ground. Cumming Ani Peru ki maatrame.....akkadaninchi airport is a good 1 1/2 to 2 hours assuming no traffic....

Exit 18 is just for name sake its Cumming.. 

Dawsonville has to offer much more and its more affordable. 

Exit 18 commute to Airport is night mare, easy 2 hours drive and traffic worst untadhi during peak business hours.

@Peddayana - home value can be derived based on the sft, school rating and age/construction of the home. anni homes ki antha valuation ledu. 

you can clearly see realtors groups lo begging to find buyers in this market.
