All homes going through price reductions in the Northern suburbs. all builders are now offering good incentives and low interest rates.

agree on drops being area specific. Same here in CA. Popular areas did not drop much. Far away areas droppped a lot. 
for e.g. Brentwood dropped a lot compared to mountain house.

all agents asking buyers to submit offers for high prices.
