@Aquaman anna, all homes in Atlanta suburbs cummings and dawsonville are empty anna.

typically selling $50k - $100k less than the asking price. 

price reductions and price corrections are all over.

Don’t know abt atlanta, but in other markets, i did see drastic decrease in zesstimate abd redfin estimates and also going prices are down
