This is bad example to prove market is coming down. The seller bought this house for 450 and trying to price it similar to Macy's pricing of new collection. They initially price the $10 purchased item as $90, eventually bring it to $20.  This is what the seller did. THis scenario doesnt prove market is coming down..

all home selling less than asking price.. 

next year with administration changes.. it will be more panic and ultimately people will loose money in short term.

all homes selling for 30K - 50k less after the price reductions..

mana desi galla heads bhoomi meedhaki vachayi almost.. 

some areas lo almost 2022 levels ki vachesai prices. 

papam last 2 years konnollaki negative valuation lo unaru ipudu.

Not all got effected. few who got the property at high bid prices, they see the impact. but others are ok.
