How to get rid of weed smell?

We live in a rented apartment in new jersey,we open our window to get fresh air. Unfortunately people living upstairs smoke weed, and we can smell it in our room. It occurs once in a two weeks atleast and it stinks for few hours.

No response from building management even though we complained several times.

Is there any way to get rid of this smell instantly?

Don't open windows. Have a portable exhaust fan ready at the windows.

Move anna, negotiate with apt that you are sensitive to smells etc and break the lease

If thats not feasible, buy air purifier and try your luck

it became worse.. every public place lo weed smell chala ekkuva untondi

normally in conv stores they sell a kind of strong scented bottles under 10 bucks, these people use in their cars and bed rooms to avoid weed odors,  its of very strong odor also comes in diff fruit flavours, but imo you should solve this issue with your apt management request them to move you to other unit in same community.
