But still homes remain active over a month. Builder quoting up to $780K for 3200 sft which includes lot premium, upgrades. after couple of years, both homes will be old ... which one is good to choose ? Quote

If it’s not too old like after 2015 an old home is better value. However a lot of desis have the used feeling. May prefer new homes.And newer upgrades are always cool and latest. Quote
