Hi All.

Oka month lo oke employee perutho 2 pay rolls run cheyinchochha (from 2 different employers), if any one knows about this please respond..

AFAIK,
No you CANNOT!
You are not supposed/expected to work more than 40 hrs a week!

You can work for 2 emps with 20 hr/week with each though!

my employer is not mentioning no of hours anywhere in my payroll... so is there any possibility

If you are on H1, your LCA already says you are working 40 hrs! You'll have to submit a new ammended LCA if any changes happen!

naa pro entante  oka employer almost 6500$ payroll run chesthadu, inko employer 2500 payroll run chesthadu oke month lo.. so intha amount student gaa vunnappudu payroll run aithe emainaa problems vuntayaaa...

How can you work for 2 employers at the same time being a student?
DId u inform yer school, that u r working for both?

As far as i know, there are no restrictions on OPT. If you feel it risk, then run your payroll from only one employer, take the amount from other employer as 1099(independant worker) . This is the safest way...PM me if you still have confusions
