US lo CBP does not check anything when you are leaving US.

My experience  : Applied with OCI 

Nenu program early days lo apply chesa @baabaa anna post chusi ikkada. Got confirmation within minutes same day. Appudu starting program valla pedha ga application lekunde anukuta many don't know this program so easy ga vachindhi confirmation. Free appudu I don't know ippudu situation and fee.  Motham online lo chesa US passport OCI card one pic i  guess and Aadhar card or voter I'd uploaded. Simple process. 

Monna hyd airport la dhigaka vaadiki cheppa ee program ki Biometrics theeskondi ani. Many don't know ee program akkada staff cause this is new program but they have a counter and separate e gates ready ga. So appicer told to one staff and they took my fingerprint and next day got email confirmation approved next time gates use chesko ani. Return lo e gates use chesa just scan passport ( oci kuda anuknta gurthu ledhu )and boarding  pass. As simple as that. No appicer no stamping on passport. Heard new program valla sometimes gates not working especially us shitizens ki. Don't know why. But for me all good. 

Note : Only international ki not for domestic flights India lo. Adiga chepparu can't use ani. Not like tsa pre check.

Present address US kadha, address proof ki Indian voter ID upload chesina accepted aa or US DL for address proof?

Also, kids under 12 not eligible ani undhi, so just parents apply chesthe saripoidhi anthe ga anna

I told you. Use this for international travel and DigiYatra for domestic travel. Luxury travel.
