@Vaaaampire 4 months solid ga prepare aite .. ended up with 3 offers for Architect roles , okati ma dantlo and rendu startups. 

decided to stay at same place coz other startups lo no RSU matching 50% ye ivvagalam annaru but salary hike was double from what I got at current company

same place lo salary hike takkuva unna, i will retain my RSUs and offcourse espp.

starting new role next week

was prepping for it from last year if you remember conversations...

but was loosing out in last rounds.. concentration and planned prep was missing
